Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 299vat. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or the same identity document — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 299vat reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit any pending balances in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policy.

Truth & Accuracy Obligation

Password & Login Responsibility

Playthrough Conditions

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳20,000 of eligible bets must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Time-Limited Offers

When a Bet is Valid

A bet is accepted and binding only when 299vat confirms it with a bet reference number displayed in your account transaction history. Refunds on Cancelled Markets

If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play for the relevant market to be settled — as defined in the market-specific rules — the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
